register your company whether it be an Inc., LLC or a DBA (doing
business as - sole traders).
The date, time
and for the State of Texas or CST (Central Standard Time) is as follows:
March 15, 2010 @ 12:55
PM, Dallas, Texas or CST
and will last for
30 minutes thereafter (maximum).
it does
not matter when you get your registration papers from the Secretary of
State office this becomes your registered
time, I know the certificate will be valid from the next business day.

If you do not
live in Texas, USA you can adjust your time zone accordingly or ask me
for clarification or adjustment.
You can
register your Company, INC, LLC, Non-Profit etc. online with no extra
charge from your attorney or accountant.
